Brent F. Eberle, Founder of BRecruiting, has been a HR/Staffing Consultant within the Biopharmaceutical/Biotech industry for over 10+ years. Clients include Abgenix (now Amgen), PDL BioPharma (now Facet Biotech), Genitope Corporation and most recently Actelion Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University Nevada, Las Vegas and is a graduate of the Hyatt Hotels Corporate Management Training Program. Brent has over 10 years of full-process staffing experience and has consulted to several industries including EDA, Telecommunications, Bio-Pharma, and Hospitality. Brent was the Chairperson of NCHRA’s (Northern California Human Resources Association) JobNet meeting for over four years and was on the Santa Clara Chapter Board of Directors for more than five years.
Claire Barnes - With 15 years experience in the staffing industry, Claire Barnes has a sound foundation in recruiting and customer service. Learning from the bottom up, she has worked in all areas of recruiting including staffing agencies, in-house staff recruiter, and independent contingency recruiter in England and the United States. Ms. Barnes spent many years specializing in technology recruiting for small start-ups to large multi-national corporations such as Sony Electronics and eBay. After the dot com bust, she successfully transitioned into biotech recruiting working at several Silicon Valley biotech companies such as Aviron ( MedImmune), Genitope, Protein Design Labs (PDL biopharma),and Solstice Neurosciences.
Whether it’s a senior executive position, scientist or IT professional, Ms. Barnes has the tools required to get the job done professionally and efficiently.
